About Team 11:
Welcome to the Girls Team 11 Tryouts! This will be our second year with the girls program, however our 7th year running Team 11 on the boys side. We are proud of the standard and culture that has been established at Team 11 through our Coaches, our Players, and our Parents. Our core values consist of the following:
Programming:
We practice on Sundays at CB West High School in Doylestown, PA. In the Fall, we will play in two Fall Tournaments, and continue to train following the tournament season leading up to the holidays. In the Winter, we will continue to train, and this training is geared more towards individual development. These practices will remain on Sundays. In the Spring, we will likely compete in a Spring League on Sundays and try and practice once a week during the week as well. The Summer is our busiest time of year, as we practice twice a week during the week and then compete in 3-4 summer tournaments. Our tournaments are all relatively local and remain in the tristate area.
Our Coaches:
Having experienced, knowledgable, passionate, and responsible coaches is the most important factor in a player's experience and development. We are very proud of the Team 11 coaching staff that we have compiled! Some of our coaches include:

We practice on Sundays throughout the Fall and the Winter, In the Spring, we will try and practice once during the week, as well as games or practices on Sundays. In the Summer, we will practice two times during the week and compete in 3-4 summer tournaments.
We practice in Bucks County, and typically practice at CB West in the Fall and sporadically throughout the Winter. In the Spring and Summer, we practice at Meyer Way Park.
YES! In fact, we encourage players playing multiple sports. Our expectation is that players and parents do their best to make everything they are capable of. If there is not a direct time conflict, we still expect players to be there for our practice or game. We expect FULL commitment in the summer, which is our primary season. Other sports should not take priority over lacrosse in our summer season.
We are still finalizing which coaches will be the Head Coach of each team. Our priority is coaching and development at Team 11, and we believe the biggest factor to a good experience is quality and consistent coaching.
Although our Girls Program has only been around for one season, The Team 11 standard has been quickly established to mirror our boys program. We expect all of our coaches to be passionate, detail-oriented, and committed to our players' best interests. We believe in developing each player's individual skill so that we can collectively improve as a team. In addition, we strongly believe in fostering a Family Atmosphere, where players, parents, and coaches are embraced and there is a healthy and competitive playing environment.
