About Joey Sankey
Joey Sankey is a Bucks County native who graduated from Penn Charter in 2011 as a two-time All-American, Under Armour All-American, and Penn Charter’s all-time leading point scorer. He went on to be a four-year starter at the University of North Carolina where he was a three-time All-American. He graduated as, and remains, the all-time points leader in North Carolina Lacrosse History. Following his collegiate career, Joey Sankey became rookie of the year in the professional lacrosse league and was a 4-time All-Star before recently retiring from the PLL in 2021.
Joey Sankey has an active role in every aspect of Team 11. He coaches all of the players in the program, from the youngest all the way up to our juniors in high school. He is the main point of contact for all recruiting communication between players and college coaches. In addition, he is committed to being easily accessible to every player and parent in the program. He prides himself on personally knowing every single player in the program, across all ages, and doing his best to help them reach their maximum potential.
About Team 11
At Team 11 Lacrosse we have one mission: To provide all players with the most elite level of instructional training. Our staff includes some of the best current and former collegiate and professional players in the game today, as well as some of the most renowned coaches within the lacrosse community. We promote a family atmosphere and expect our coaching staff, players, and parents to act with integrity and respect. Lastly, we hope the Team 11 experience is more than just a lacrosse experience, but will provide the players with life tools they can carry with them into college and beyond.

We have the best developmental coaching in the area.
Where we play:
The majority of our practices are in Bucks County. We typically practice at CB West High School in the Fall and Winter, and then Meyer Way Park in the Spring and Summer. We ocassionally practice at The George School in Newtown.
Our tournaments are all in the Mid-Atlantic area, with most of them NOT requiring a hotel stay. We will likely compete in 1 or 2 tournaments in Maryland throughout the year (usually in the summer).
When we play:
Youth (grades 3-8): Our youth teams play all year round. We have two fall tournaments, winter skills sessions (with the likelihood of box tournaments), six Spring League games, and four summer tournaments. All tournaments include 5-6 games each on average.
High School (grades 9-11): Our high school teams play in the fall, winter, and summer. We leave the spring season to their high school programs. We participate in two fall tournaments, winter skills training with to prepare players for their high school season, and four summer tournaments.
